Items can be returned by post to Gap Guitars, 3 Manor Garden Court, Watford, Northamptonshire, NN6 7UT. Goods are returned at your own expense. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach us or are damaged in transit, so please return them by insured registered post and in robust packaging.

Refunds are processed on receipt of the goods.
